All written content and much of the artwork on the ZNE websites is copyrighted by The ZNE Group of businesses. That which is not is not copyrighted to ZNE, is copyrighted to the original artist or graphic designer. The only artwork/images on this site that are copyright free and/or in the public domain are clearly marked as such. Otherwise, the unauthorized duplication, replication, or use of any image or text on this website is strictly prohibited, by law.
Use of the ZNE group name and/or logo or banner ads in auction templates or sales listings is a benefit of membership and a license is extended to all members in good standing for such use. Unless otherwise stated, the license is extended during the entirety of an individual's membership.
In the case of individual pieces of artwork or program banners, backgrounds, or other graphic design - if there is interest in duplication, the interested party is encouraged to contact the artist credited with the work, or ZNE directly.
