In this workshop, you’ll learn all the tricks and techniques from Jennifer Murphy for making simple pom-poms into a piece of art! You’ll create a pom-pom bunny, a pom-pom bird, and a finished decorative box for them to sit atop. There will be plenty of opportunity to personalize your creations with your choice of colors, fabrics, and bits that imbue the finished piece with your own unique aesthetic!

Workshop Objective (by the end of the workshop, student will be able to...):

By the end of the workshop, students will be able to transform high quality but simple materials into delicate animals: bunnies, birds and mice. Each student will execute the making a decorative box to give these refined animals an environment and the finished artwork will extend the student’s knowledge and skills of simple sewing, constructions and assemblage.
