Join me and create a colorful and festive party hat! Once you have the pattern for these hats you'll enjoy making them for every season and occasion. The party hat we're going to make is beaming with color...we'll be creating 3 ribbon flowers by hand and adorning them with antique jewels and buttons. Along with the pink and ivory festooning that decorates the brim and the top of the hat, we will also be adding chandelier crystals, tinsel, glittered butterflies and much more! This hat looks darling atop a glitter pedestal. I love walking by mine everyday.

Materials fee: $18

Supplies needed:

-liquid glue that dries clear (I prefer Designer Dries Clear)

-glue dots (i prefer the pop dot glue dots...they are extra sticky and hold embellishment permeately for display)

-straight edge scissors

-embroidery needle

-1-3 antique jewels or buttons that you'd like to have as the centers of your ribbon flowers (I will have a small selection of baubles for sale during the class)
