ZNE Talk is a ~ZNE Members Only~ Discussion Forum.
All members of ZNE are invited to join in on ZNE Talk! ZNE's regular discussion boards are still open and are the correct forums for topic specific talk. All other ZNE off topic and general member chat is now housed via the Yahoo Group, ZNE Talk!
ZNE Talk is an OPT IN Discussion Group. ZNE Members must request to join. Joining ZNE Talk is optional for ZNE Members, and not a requirement of membership.
For those who do join, please note that shy members who lurk are permitted - though they are encouraged to join in on the conversations taking place! Members may also set their email preferences within the group at their own discretion. You may opt to receive emails in real time, as they are sent back and forth, you may opt to recieve them once a day or once a week via a "digest" format - or you may opt not to receive email notification at all, and to just check in on the group conversations when you feel like it. Again, this is completely up to you.
Because of the diversity of our membership, potential size of the discussion group, and in accordance with ZNE discussion board etiquette and membership rules and regulations - please note the following:
ALL ZNE Net Etiquette guidelines must be followed on these boards at all times. There is absolutely NO flaming, trash talk, profanity, attacks, or accusations allowed on ZNE discussion boards at any time - for any reason. Any issues relating to conflict of any kind must be handled off the boards.
In order to retain integrity and interest in the ZNE Talk discussion boards, moderators may ask members to move their post topics or conversations off of the ZNE Talk Boards, and to the apropriate ZNE Venue. IE - personal requests for non art related assistance should be handled via the ZNE We-Care Program, not on the ZNE Talk discussion boards. Vendor and sales comms including art comms can be placed on the ZNE Supporting Member discussion boards at any time, but can only be placed on ZNE Talk according to the guidelines below, etc. At all times, members must respect the requests of the moderators regarding issues having to do with moving conversation topics off of the ZNE Talk boards.
Membership in ZNE Talk is completely at will. Any ZNE Member can join or unjoin at any time, for any reason. Likewise, ZNE may remove any member at any time for any reason. In addition, ZNE reserves the right to disolve the ZNE Talk group at any time for any reason.
In regard to VENDOR COMMS and SALES PROMOS:
SUPPORTING MEMBERS may post comms with the subject heading ART COMM on SUNDAYS only, and they must relate to artwork created by the member - not art supplies.
VENDOR MEMBERS may post comms with the subject heading COMM on SUNDAYS only, in relation to their art supplies or art related services.
[ZNE Moderators may post comms in regard to ZNE philanthropic programs on days other than Sunday.]
